Your experience sounds a LOT like mine when I left my Dell Laptop with the Geek Squad and I got the run-around for 3 weeks. When I got it back, not only had they not fixed what was wrong, there were several new issues that pointed to the possibility my computer might have been dropped!

So I got a MacBook to replace it and after reading your experience, I’m glad I got AppleCare!

Welcome back, Brenda & Archie!

That’s too bad that you had that experience. I’ve always had really good service from them. The sweater is looking lovely!

The yarn looks lovely knitted up. I’m excited to see how you sweater turns out.

Apple isn’t supposed to be like that! That’s why I’ve stuck with them for so many years! I’m glad that things are back up and running. Keep knitting through adversity!

I’m glad you’re back in operation for the time being at least….I’m worried now about my choice of Lady Sweater…which hasn’t gotten OTN yet.

I’ve got to get BW’s book first, too.

Hope you’re doing well, in spite of computer woes.
(((hugs)))

Free yarn! 😀 It looks lovely. The color is so pretty.
